STUDY BETTER! Be more CREATIVE! MOTIVATE yourself! Manage ANGER & STRESS!

Study Better by learning reading methods & increase speed of reading & comprehension. Learn to make notes & other techniques of writing, improve your listening & concentration. Learn mnemonics & other techniques to improve your memory.

Become more aware of yourself in a module called My Space. My space deals with the awareness of oneself as a whole
– looking at your physical, emotional & social selves & the awareness of our goals & dreams.

In Get Going learn to motivate yourself by learning to set achieveable goals & understanding techniques for self motivation.

Understand anger. When is anger ok? What are the situations that get you angry? What do you do to change the pattern? Learn to USE & DIFFUSE: ANGER! Learn to assert yourself. Differentiate between anger & assertion.

These days everything is high pressure. Children are especially worried about exams. Learn to manage stress by identifying what causes you stress & your means of expressing it. Learn about optimum stress. Learn relaxation & other means of managing stress.

You can learn all this & more in a 12 session workshop by “Through the looking Glass” & Expressions Unlimited.

Course Details

  • Starts - Once a week. Starting July 04, 2006 – September 26, 2006

    Batch I: 4.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.
    Batch II: 5.15 p.m.- 6.15 p.m.
    Batch III: 6.30p.m.- 7.30 p.m.

    0nly 15 students per batch. Admissions on first cum first serve basis.
